Terms and Agreements/Cancellation Policy

This service lasts 30 minutes via phone call. 
You will receive an email within 48 business hours to schedule your consultation. Once consultation date and time are confirmed, you will have 24 hours prior to the date of appointment to cancel or reschedule. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within timeframe, no refund will be given. Only 1 rescheduling permitted. 

Untamed Publishing will attempt the phone call twice from the start time of the consultation within the first 5 mins (example: 7:00-7:05) If we are unable to reach you by the second attempt, the consultation will be considering complete and no refunds will be given.  

Please remember to have a notebook handy to jot down answers and remember to bring all questions.

Mon-Tues/Thurs: 10:00 am-2:00 pm and 5:30 pm-7:00 pm EST
Sun: 12:00 pm-5:00 pm EST
We are closed for consultation on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
