The ever growing presence of online and social network users, continue to increase rapidly.

Years ago, it was hard to believe that social media would be such an important aspect of our everyday lives. Some users are especially loyal to social media sites because it helps them stay in touch with old friends, family and classmates. According to research at Pew Research Center, (65%) of adults now use social networking sites – a nearly tenfold jump in the past decade. One thing is certain; the online world will continue advancing, but as a small business owner you may be asking what social media has to do with your company or more importantly, what social media can do for your company.

The spike in the number of online shoppers and social media users over the years changed the landscape of how promoters, advertising and marketing agencies conduct business.
